Plan and conduct teaching activities in small group or 1:1 basisMonitor, assess and record individual students' learning progress and development.Develop Individualized Education Plan of students , implement and monitor the strategies to enable student to meet their goals.Work with Speech Therapists / Occupational Therapists / Clinical Psychologists / Counsellors to define necessary activities for students in relation to the curriculum.Preparation of teaching materials/teaching aids, progress report, lesson plan and home learning materials.Participate in parents meetings and department meetings.
