Responsibilities:Implement IEPs (Individual Education Plan) and therapy goals of ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis).
Foster and support development, communication, cognitive skills, play and social skills.
Conduct individual and group programs.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team and with families.
As a Special Education Therapist, you must be warm, engaging and dynamic, with a high degree of responsibility and initiative when working with children.
Requirements:Male or female candidates may apply.
Masters Degree, Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma holder in Special Education, Psychology, Counselling, Sports Science, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Pathology or related fields.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Relevant experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Occupational Therapy, IEP programs, or special-needs therapy is an added advantage.
Proficient in oral and written English.
We also seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
Can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be Malaysian citizen/ PR.
Able to start January 2025.
