Individualized Care and Support:

Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each child.

Assist in personal care activities when required, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility support.
Educational Activities:

Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents and specialists.

Adapt classroom activities to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles.

Foster the development of social, communication, and life skills.
Behavioral Support:

1.
Manage and respond to behavioral challenges with patience and positive reinforcement strategies.
2.
Monitor and record progress, addressing challenges proactively.
Collaboration:

1.
Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and professionals, including therapists and medical staff.
2.
Participate in team meetings to assess and update progress plans.
Administrative Duties:

1.
Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
2.
Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.
Environment Preparation:
1.
Create a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
2.
Ensure accessibility of materials and spaces for all children.
