1.Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the GEC including: managing anextremely active calendar of appointments: completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential: arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings and Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agendas and meeting material.2.Plans, coordinates and ensures the GEC schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the GEC time and office.3.Communicates directly, and on behalf of the GEC, with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others, on matters related to GEC programmatic initiatives.4.Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the GEC, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.5.Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the GEC office and internal departments: demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.6.Works closely and effectively with the GEC to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the GEC updated.7.Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the GEC, some of which may have organizational impact.8.Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the GEC ability to effectively lead the company.9.Prioritizes conflicting needs: handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-throughon projects to successful corripletion, often with deadline pressures.10.Performing and undertaking any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by superior/management from time to time.11.Assist in copywriting, editing, publishing and share daily content on company's mediasocial platforms consist of speech writing, media releases and media in inquiries.12.Always update with projects and investment to be ready for investment presentations.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
