Job DescriptionWe are looking for a driven Specialist, Accounts Payable to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service center in Malaysia! Responsibilities: Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehousesEnsure the daily operational activities are performed and delivered within the SLAsWork closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersSmooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiryMaintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrityOther AP related processesAd-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance teamQualificationsMinimum 3-5 years post qualification experience in an audit firm, or inhouse role.Diploma or Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or another relevant fieldProficient in Excel ( Pivot Tables, vLookups etc.)Previous experience in Shared Service Center or retail business is a plusPrevious experience in SAP or other ERP is preferredProficient in Chinese is required, serving markets across APACAbility to work well under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, employs a proactive approach to problem-solving Team player with an ability to function independently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
