Our people are crucial in helping us to realise our vision to be one of the best Global Business Solution (GBS) organization to support our customers in creating value for the Community, Country, Climate, Customer and Company.Role Summary:Manage daily operational activities related to i-Tag, including incident handling, discovery, scanning, and escalations to support business users.Responsibilities:Job ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:Manage daily operational activities related to i-Tag, including incident handling, discovery, scanning, and escalations to support business users.Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their professional development.Feedback and Enhancement:Contribute to the enhancement of DLP system/operations by providing feedback based on incident analysis and emerging threats.Collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement changes.Reporting and Metrics:Assist in developing regular reports and metrics on the DLP Managed Service.Present findings to management and contribute to discussions on program effectiveness.Incident Review and Client Collaboration:Review incidents and collaborate with client data owners to facilitate investigations.Provide support and information to aid in incident response.Technical Support:Collaborate with the DLP infrastructure team and vendor support to address technical issues.Contribute technical insights to ongoing DLP-related projects.Requirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
