The Day-To-Day Activities
Process credit applications and ensure fraud prevention.
Manage corporate credit, device activations, and reports.
Approve CI/CC applications within 4 hours.
Handle partner activation emails and MNP Port-In reports.
Troubleshoot system issues and raise waivers.
Coordinate with account managers, EAT, and manage VIP lines.
Submit monthly rebate reports and monitor aging accounts.
About You
Diploma/Degree in any field.
Strong attention to detail & fast typing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
Meet KPIs and deliver timely, accurate results.
Independent and team player.
