Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Audit team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS).
This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.Specialist - IT Audit We will count on you to:Handles assigned risk and compliance activities in support of Operating Company risk and compliance objectivesReviews audit materials requests, outlines recommendations, confirms materials returned are relevant and complete and follows protocols for organizing materials for auditors.Provides assessment of factual accuracy; works with teams to suggest root cause, and develop corrective action plans to effect long-term control performance and sustainable risk reduction.Drafts formal management responses from confirmed findings including procedures for monitoring corrective action.Provides input to compliance requirements; gathers assessment materials; and evaluates risks associated with compliance gaps.Provides data for reporting audit/remediation status Reports for active audit and elevates issues to supervisor for purposes of improving process design/execution and reducing risk.What you need to have:At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in work experience in IT audit, risk management, or information securityExperience with IT audits and successfully managing audit findings.
Facilitating delivery of evidence for miscellaneous internal and external auditsKnowledge of industry risk and compliance landscape (SOC 2, PCI DSS, SOX) and IT General Computer Controls (GCC's).What makes you stand out: Knowledge of Security frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53 and ISO 27001.Knowledge of regulatory laws impacting global IT organizations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation, CPS 234, China PIPL, etc.).
