We are looking for a self-motivated and capable digital channels Executive to join us in our Digital Business team. This successful candidate will be in the team that drives customers' digital experience across the Company. The role is ideal for someone who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and has a passion to enhance owned platforms performance. If you are seeking a role where you can be involved in strategizing, monitoring, and optimizing owned digital platforms (primarily app, with occasional web and portal functions) to drive tangible results, this is the right job for you! You will need to have an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, Web Proxy, and Security Audits. Detail-oriented and comfortable troubleshooting applications and websites to continuously improve user experience (UX/UI). You will be highly involved in all digital project life-cycle, assess progress, and modify digital consumer journey as necessary. Drive day-to-day digital execution for all owned Digital Channels across multiple CMS. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in digital marketing.The role requires the ability to liaise within the marketing function of a business and then translate that marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver on business goals.
- Serves as super-user and product evangelist for Apps
- Lead the research & analysis phase including requirement gathering
- Drive the user story development and execution of the consumer Apps down to operationalizing features built
- Manage and plan the pre-launch readiness activities including development of operation guide and launch brief
- Lead all task/inquiries relating to resolution management
- Drive consumer growth, retention, user activity, and engagement within the Apps
- Implements web and app solution by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments.
About You
1. Education/What people Know:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, major in Marketing, Computer Science, Computing, or equivalent in a related discipline.2. Experience/What people Have Done:
- Experience working in a marketing or web/app agency with functional knowledge, experience in using experience management platform & content management platform.
- Basic coding experience will be a bonus point.
- Experience building & driving product growth.3. Competencies/What people Can Do:
- Good at handling time-sensitive projects independently and working within tight timelines.
- Ability to think strategically for each step of product lifecycle, from design to launch to distribution.
- Able to self-direct but also collaborative.4. Personal Attributes/Who people Are:
