Specialist, Operations Quality

**Job Responsibility**- Lead a team for APQP activities for Quality espect.- Conduct and generate article inspection report for any new product introduction/ change.- Facilitate internal and external audits.- Review and ensure meeting customer contractual requirements- Generate Quality Checklist per respective customers and other documents related to quality- Establish and review customer PPAP, Quality Plan/ Process Flow and Management Plan (PMP) to meet customer requirements and conduct periodical review of Quality Plan/ PMP- Coordinate periodical FMEA review.- Generate shop floor control system routing, BOM and shop floor related control matters.- Coordinate component and circuit card assembly (CCA) purges.- Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for customer feedback- Certify and perform as customer Designated Quality Representative (DQR)Job Requirement.**Job Requirement**- Experience in customer quality assurance engineering and knowledge of AS 9100 Quality System is an advantage.- Good understanding of customer requirements and able to co-ordinate with operations to meet customer's expectations.- Possess knowledge in FMEA, SPC and IPC-610 class 3.- Good communication and writing skill.- Knowledge on SMT, Wave, Soldering, Rework, Coating and Mechanical assembly**Education**- Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 9 to 10 years' working experience in a PCBA and contract manufacturing environment.
