You will be based in our Bangkok, Malaysia, Singapore or Indonesia office as part of our Asia Organization practice in McKinsey's broader South East Asia Office.

These approaches help clients answer critical questions related to cost reduction, efficiency and effectiveness streamlining, merger plans, divestments and carve-outs, and talent deployment.
You will lead the Org portion of a client engagement where you will facilitate sustainable and large-scale organizational change at clients.
In this role, you will apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to help solve your piece of the overall client puzzle. You'll synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior client leaders to implement change. You will manage and execute all project requirements which includes analysing business and organizational shortcomings of clients as well as preparing weekly reports on the status of outstanding matters. You'll plan the implementation of solutions and formulate hypotheses and analyses in order to provide recommendations.
Additionally, you will also lead the deployment of OrgSolutions solutions (tech-based Org solutions) and approaches in the context of major organizational restructuring, change management, culture transformation or leadership development and will develop into go-to organizational experts within McKinsey.
You will manage data collection, administration, analysis and synthesis of data from proprietary McKinsey diagnostics. You'll produce client-ready presentations, reports and workshop materials. In addition to that, you will contextualize org concepts to enable client understanding of general concepts within their specific organizational contexts. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with leaders to set the overall aspirations for the Org practice and the region, and shape and execute initiatives that drive implementation including identification of new market opportunities. You'll also be responsible for driving the development and execution of client work related to our Org practice service lines.

Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD
5+ years of experience in strategic HR consulting
Strong subject matter expertise in at least one of our service lines
Top-tier problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency in English and the local language in business contexts
Flexibility to travel
