Job DescriptionROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESThe Specialist, People & Culture (IC1) will be part of the People Team owning the improvement and maintenance of employee eNPS on a progressive positive trend as well as Internal Communications.
The individual will all be responsible for growing, developing & fostering foodpanda culture, values & principles that makes Central Operations as the COE of foodpanda APAC.The right individual must have passion and experience in improving and maintaining excellent employee experience AND own internal communications as a Subject Matter Expert.
Culture, Value, Principles and People should be the core of your career aspirations..Engaged employees are better performers and improve company retention, so this role will have an enormous impact on the team.WHAT YOU WILL OWN:Create, Customise and Cater to employee happiness & well-being strategy & initiatives for all employees of Central Operations.Create and own internal/external communications related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
In this role, you are a communications guru, and will often be roped in to support and work closely with senior leadership team and/or the People Team on communicating change and or new policiesOwn employee engagement survey by performing root cause analysis of employee eNPS results and develop initiatives to address them.
Being very data driven, and having a strong understanding of what our people are asking for, will help you perform well over here.Develop, Manage And Implement Engagement & Company events (that are aligned with the business and our eNPS survey) as well as the overall onboarding/off-boarding experience.- You are able to work independently and/or with a team to source the right vendor for the above initiatives- You are able to budget the event and while thinking of return on investment by ensuring a high participation rate & employee happiness.- You are able to communicate, market & brand effectively.Own department-level engagements, town hall, events, etc.
as part of the overall Employee Happiness initiativeQualificationsESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEBachelor's degree (psychology, business, communications, etc.)
or relevant experience.2 to 3 years experience in Employee Engagement AND Internal Communications.Project management experience and/or certification.Excellent Communication skills, with capabilities of writing and drafting Comms in English.You have intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
