Job Summary
We're looking for someone who can analyze business needs, suggest solutions, and ensure projects are successfully delivered while collaborating with different teams.
You'll focus on creating great user experiences (UI/UX) for web and mobile apps, handle change requests (CR), and make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Solution Analysis & Execution
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that match the business roadmap.
Manage application improvements and prioritize based on business goals.
UI/UX Expertise
Act as the team's go-to person for designing user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
Create user journeys and prototypes to enhance customer and internal user experiences.
Project Management
Oversee projects end-to-end, from idea to launch, while coordinating with teams and vendors.
Address and resolve any issues during and after implementation.
Strategic Planning
Help shape strategies to achieve business goals and ensure smooth project delivery.
Align solutions with the overall system architecture and company objectives.
Build strong relationships with business teams, product managers, and vendors.
Work closely with others to ensure priorities are met and deliverables are on time.
Additional Responsibilities
Recommend practical solutions for complex problems.
Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, testing, and support.
Take on extra tasks when needed to support the team.
About You
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications field.
Self-driven and capable of working independently while seeking guidance when needed.
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
