In your new role you will: S- ervice Delivery and Operational Excellence a) Schedule and Co-ordinate Interview collaboratively with Hiring b) Booking of interview rooms and parking lot c) Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) e) Maintain recruitment metrics, time-to-arrange and time-to-offer f) Generation of job offer letter and administration g) Prepare new hires kit h) New employees hiring administration i) Organize New Employees On Boarding Program j) Data maintenance (GMDS)I- nterface with Internal & External Parties a) Acts as liaison and work closely with internal sections/departments/segments and external parties, including recruitment agencies, bank, EPF etc. to deliver quality and timeliness service and administration. bO- thers a) Projects as Assigned: Participate on project teams as assigned b) Perform other duties in HR Service Centre according to business needYou are best equipped for this task if you have: B- achelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources M- inimum 1.5 years of relevant job experience or 10 years job experience for employees with diploma F- ustomer service and public relations methods and techniques P- roficient in Computer System, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint G- ood Problem Solving and Organization Skills A- bility to inform the Manager quickly on potential issues related to work A- bility to learn New Skills quickly P- ossesses Good and Hands-on Knowledge and Skills in HR systems (Applicant Tracking System) Note: 1 year contract under 3rd party payroll vendor and entitled to benefits according to vendor companyMelaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.
