Specification Consultant (Coating / Flooring / Waterproofing)

Job Responsibilities: Promote the Flowcrete brand and secure product specifications from key decision-makers.Conduct weekly presentations for architects, consultants, and developers.Build strong relationships with industry professionals.Identify and expand new prospects to increase market share.Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and seminars in various sectors.Work with the sales team to maintain project specifications until orders are secured.Gather information on new projects and refurbishments from architects and developers.Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in specification sales in construction chemicals, resin flooring, or building materials.Proven success in securing specifications.Goal-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in spoken and written English.Computer literate in Microsoft Office.Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel within Malaysia.For interested applicants, kindly send your resume in Word/PDF format, including the following information:
