Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or partnership roles.
Proven track record in developing sponsorship packages and securing sponsorship deals.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple sponsors and initiatives simultaneously.
Creative thinking with the ability to design innovative sponsorship solutions that deliver value to both sponsors and the organization.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on sponsorship performance and ROI.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in presenting to stakeholders at various levels.
