Responsibilities:To Customers:Know the technical features and user benefits to offer customers appropriate products and services.
Organize and manage the availability of the team to customers according to sales activity.
Improve and develop customer information by encouraging the subscription/registration of loyalty cards.To The Team:Recruit sports talents who are sporty, service-oriented, and practical.
Develop skills and confidence of each team member through regular meetings and coaching.
Create training and development plans with the team.To The Company:Propose annual objectives approved by the leader.
Analyze the local market and build the Decathlon Malaysia commercial policy.
Forecast and manage economic performance with action plans for improvement.For Safety of People and Goods:Enforce basic department safety standards.
Apply and enforce security procedures.
Train the team on basic safety knowledge.Development and Complementary Skills:Manage personal development and training plans.
Participate in training and develop training skills.Requirements:Passion for sports or a sports background.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Entrepreneurial, responsible, and effective communicator.
Desire for continuous improvement and eagerness to learn.
Enjoy working in a vibrant and agile environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
Integrity and team player.
Digitally savvy.
