Sports Operations Executive

About the role
As a Sports Operations Executive at Athlex Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient management of our sports facilities and events. Based in Cheras Batu 11, Selangor, this full-time position will see you overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports facility.

What you'll be doing

Supervising daily operations - including opening and closing the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of courts, ensuring equipment is in good condition
Customer service - Assisting players with bookings, addressing concerns and inquiries, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere
Cashiering - Ensuring payment is made for bookings, equipment rentals, and general sales

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years working experience
Able to work on weekends depending on shift / schedule
Able to work up to as late as 1AM (sports facility opens daily from 7AM - 1AM)
Candidates with own transportation (transportation allowance will also be provided)
Proficiency in English and BM (additional languages are a bonus)
A passion for sports, recreation, and providing exceptional customer service
