Development studies for Block 20/11 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance to HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast-track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil).The development consists in production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO (75 kbopd, 60 kbop water injection, 400 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading) with a contextualized Technical Referential.The development of Blocks 20/11 represents a potential cumulated investment during the 2025-2040 period of time. The SPS Package scope includes:Development of Cameia and Golfinho phases (13-well green field deepwater development);
Engineering, procurement, fabrication and delivery of WHs, PGB's, casing and tubing hangers, XTs, production/injection jumper connectors (XT end only), controls components for production ILTs and FLETs, UTAs, UTHs, SDU, top side control system (interfaced to ICSS), and all associated tooling;
THASs (tubing hanger adapter spools) for 2 'keeper' wells;
Services to D&W, UFR and FPSO installation operations during the Project;
SERVICES for Life of Field.
The job holder will be located in Johor at the SPS contractor's base:· Deep water SPS equipment fabrication and testing with focus on XT (incl. Under the responsibility of the CSR, the Job Holder is responsible for:Work by anticipation. To assess and to identify risks for the activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level.

Keep all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the CSR on HSEQ related actions/decisions.
HSEPromote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.
Ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities.
Ensure compliance and application of the TotalEnergies E&P 12 Golden Rules.
Promote observation reporting system and evaluate the HSE practices and skills of the workshop personnel. (Readily report anomalies and malpractices as well as positive observation on site).
QualityEnsure compliance of the activities with TotalEnergies E&P and Project specifications, safety and environmental procedures.
Monitor, instruct, correct and report the working practices of the contractor's / subcontractors' as necessary.
Ensure all procedures and IPs (ITPs) used are on the correct for the job and have been duly approved and released.
Ensure that CTR Performs periodic preservation checks of stored equipment in line with the equipment OMM.
Advise contractor on improvement, return on experience and all issues regarding the work site.
Ensure all relevant equipment RCA and NCR are raised accordingly and follow up on the closeout actions.
Capture and Prepare REX (Return of Experience) and Lesson Learnt dossiers/presentations.
Report of any equipment failure or damage.
FabricationParticipate in relevant meetings related to project reporting & progress, fabrication, operation and any other as needed.
Ensure all relevant tools and equipment are maintained, calibrated and certified as required.
Ensure the Tests, Inspections and MRBs are performed in accordance with the planning and release in due time.
Participate in equipment failure investigations and Contractor's RCA.
All above, the service holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules and requirements.
The service holder will participate in routine and random inspections/audits/tests, etc. for all SPS equipment.
Performs QC visits and tours.
Ensures an adequate reporting (areas of concerns, problems encountered in the implementation of the QC Inspection Plan by the Contractors).
Ensure the timely delivery of the equipment.
Issue Reports and KPI Results.
Issue Lesson Learnt and REX.
RequirementsQualification/Experience RequiredMinimum of 10 years in the Oil & Gas Project in SPS manufacturing related matters.
Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum engineering graduated or equivalent.
Previous experience of auditing in a similar environment.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA/QC position.
Problem solving mindset and solution driven attitude.
Excellent Communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, "out-of-the-box" thinking and ability to convince.#J-18808-Ljbffr
