Job Overview And Responsibility • To set up the descum and sputtering (Ti/Cu) Process.• To develop and industrialize the descum and sputtering (Ti/Cu) process and introduce materials to meet the quality, yield, and mission of the new application.• To support the assembly of engineering samples for new packages or new technologies.• To characterize descum and sputtering process and materials.• To generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan.• To provide technical support when there are critical quality concerns relatedto descum/sputtering material/process.
Required Skills and Experience • More than 5 years relevant working experience.• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.• Equipped with statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in Descum and Sputtering process.• Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bond, Is/is not…etc.• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly. Good knowledge and skills in the production area.• Preferable working experience in the semiconductor industry• Candidate with front end experience & related to the JD process is a must
