Job Responsibilities:
Ensure 99.5% uptime of the production services for Logistics Applications e.g., Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, BI Reporting Tools, etc.
Provide Consultancy, User Education, Application/Process Improvement, Bug Fixing, Troubleshooting, and DevOPS Services.
Manage and track all incidents and service requests to resolution; ensuring that SLAs are met.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
Perform program QA and QC when needed.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Computing, or equivalent.
Knowledge in complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions in any RDBMS is a plus.
Must be able to multi-task under pressure independently and deliver results within the given timeframe.
Open to candidates with or without working experience.
Willingness to provideshort-termOnsite Support in The Americas, Europe, UAE, Australasia, and Asia.
