Description Primary Objective: To drive SME Lending based on segment proposition i.e.
industry, partnership, segment by turnover.Drive lending product KPIs to achieve the objectives.To improvise existing products by enhancing the features, processes and policies.Analyze customer pain points/credit approver requirements and provide solutionsWork with Digital to roll-out multiple innovative MVP's Ensuring that the system/process meets business requirementReview and feedback for UI/UX design so that it will be User Friendly Leading the test team to do User Acceptance TestProvide feedback from User Perspective/Business requirement/Business Risk for system solutions/process re-engineeringKey Responsibilities: Work closely with Squad Lead to ensure work plan / initiatives are executed according to the target timeline, identify dependency, highlight challenges and provide options to resolve the matters identifiedConduct requirement workshop and perform system change requirement gathering and functional requirement with respective stakeholders.Creating User Story for the system change requirement and functional specification.Review and User Story produce by vendor to ensure all the requirement and handling are documented according to business requirement.
Perform impact analysis on the solution proposed by vendor on the system specification change.
Conduct discussion and brainstorm session with vendor where necessary.
Review test cases prepared, undertake UAT testing where necessary and plan the deployment activities and timeline accordingly.Engage with stakeholders and provide support to queries raise pertaining to system processes and functionality.
Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - •Bachelor degree in relevant field.
