Primary Objective:To drive SME Lending based on segment proposition i.e.
industry, partnership, segment by turnover.
Drive lending product KPIs to achieve the objectives.
To improvise existing products by enhancing the features, processes and policies.
Analyze customer pain points/credit approver requirements and provide solutions.
Work with Digital to roll-out multiple innovative MVP's.
Ensuring that the system/process meets business requirements.
Review and feedback for UI/UX design to ensure it is user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Squad Lead to ensure work plan/initiatives are executed according to the target timeline, identify dependency, highlight challenges and provide options to resolve the matters identified.
Conduct requirement workshops and perform system change requirement gathering and functional requirement with respective stakeholders.
Create User Stories for the system change requirement and functional specification.
Review User Stories produced by the vendor to ensure all requirements and handling are documented according to business requirements.
Perform impact analysis on the solution proposed by the vendor on the system specification change.
Conduct discussions and brainstorming sessions with the vendor where necessary.
Review test cases prepared, undertake UAT testing where necessary, and plan the deployment activities and timeline accordingly.
Engage with stakeholders and provide support to queries raised pertaining to system processes and functionality.
Requirements:Total 10 years of working experience.
At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
Preferably knowledge in SME Digital Unsecured Lending.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
