Sr. Exec / Assistant Manager Business Analyst (IT/System Management Team)Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Engage in business analysis to collect and define reporting and dashboard requirements.
Transition finalized reports and dashboards to the PuriCare team, both internally and across departments.
Conduct data analysis and present findings to management effectively.
Offer recommendations for improving business processes.
Design and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes in technology.
Create data visualization mock-ups and develop a business intelligence platform tailored to customer needs, ensuring that visualizations support informed decision-making.
Provide necessary support to maintain the availability and performance of reports and dashboards.
Develop ad-hoc data models, reports, and analyses to meet business requirements.
Communicate consistently with both HQ and local teams regarding system requirements and changes.
Gain a deep understanding of the PuriCare system logic and use cases, guiding local team members through any challenges.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by PuriCare management, including those related to systems, data, and reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience :
2-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
Proven experience with report and dashboard development.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
High Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms.
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in interpreting complex data and presenting findings clearly.
Communication Skills :
Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management :
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills :
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to mentor and guide team members.
Attention to Detail :
High level of accuracy in work and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes as needed.
Understanding of Business Processes :
Knowledge of business operations and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
