If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesFunctional Responsible in gathering and preparing related project documentations such as User Requirement Specification (URS), IT Request (ITR), test scripts and other documents.Responsible in reviewing system's functional aspects in the Scope of Work (SOW), Functional Specification Document (FSD) or Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) to ensure the deliverables are aligned with the URS.Responsible in raising approval for CAPEX Expense Requisition (CER) for any new enhancements and to monitor payment to vendor once projects/ enhancements completed.Responsible in preparing test plan and conducting end to end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system health check and to ensure that all significant / mandatory fields are tested and complied with Shariah requirements and other statutory requirements.Responsible in preparing and updating SOP or system user guides.Responsible in providing first-level support, trouble-shooting of problems and operational handling related to systemsManagerial (team/group responsibilities)Responsible for planning and implementing system enhancement within the project timeline.Responsible for planning and improving the efficiency of system/ business process of financing products.Responsible in advising other stakeholders on any system related issues.Organizational (organizational responsibilities)To ensure product and services to be implemented are complied with Syariah and other statutory requirementsTo incorporate risk management framework in developing system for new products and services.To ensure that system procedures and guidelines prepared cover the new products and processes.To collaborate with other internal stakeholders to drive solutions set through market requirements, regulation compliance and product positioning. Jobholder RequirementsEducation/QualificationCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Business Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.ExperienceAt least 3-4 years of working experience in a banking and financial institution with specialization in system and operations supportCertification/Licensing RequirementsNot applicableSpecial Skills Experience in user acceptance testing and planning is preferable.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization.PC literate with knowledge in AS400 Query utility, SQL Query, Silverlake Retail Banking system and Microsoft Office Appliances.Possess analytical and critical thinking.Strong team spirit player with a positive attitude and having the drive to improve processes.
