Responsibilities:Take charge of sales and marketing activities for automotive products in the Malaysian market.
Set and strive to achieve sales targets set by the company.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the plant to forecast materials, place stock orders, and monitor production output.
Foster relationships with the plant for new model/product development.
Manage and supervise the sales team, providing necessary support and monitoring daily activities.
Respond to sales inquiries, establish rapport with customers, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Regularly visit dealers to stay updated on market movements and competitor activities.
Discuss and propose sales improvement strategies to the management.
Prepare and analyze sales reports for market analysis purposes.
Ensure timely collection of sales representatives' and key accounts' sales payments.
Perform any other job functions as assigned by the management.
Qualifications/Requirements:• Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study.
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in developing successful sales strategies.
• Possess self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
