We are seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to support the company in day to day visualization work. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery of creative visuals for brands and campaigns on multiple digital / social channels.
This job requires you to:
-be familiar with developing visual for ATL / Print, BTL and Digital channels ( Meta / IG / Linkedin / TikTok )
-familiar with designing based on brand requirements and guidelines
-digital imaging, cropping and soft touches of visuals
-Supporting the team with brainstorming and ideas for social media content
-Maturity to solve creative problems and mentor juniors in technical executions

; Requirements:- Designers who wish to move up to a senior role are encouraged to apply
-Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the advertising and creative industry
-Creative and adventurous
-Experience with design approaches and best practices in adobe creative suite software
-Experience with design applications for digital such as Adobe Creative Suite particularly (Adobe Illustrator)
-Preferably specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
-Able to communicate proficiently in: English (other languages are an added advantage)
-An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence/output
-Insatiably curious, a lifelong learner
-Know when to accept constructive criticism, and when to fight for what you believe is best for the client not the bosses.
-Must be able to work in a Dog friendly environment
