Sr. Sales Executive (Singapore Market)

We're now operating in 3 countries (Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore) with an international team of 50+ people.

Position Summary The Senior Sales Executive directly contributes to revenue growth at Gogoprint. You will look after a pool of elite customers, with whom you will nurture a strong relationship by anticipating and serving their needs and providing valuable support and advice.

Key Account Management

Regularly check in with your key accounts to explore their current and future needs, and gather their requirementsBuild and maintain a close relationshipSupport key accounts with their orders, as requiredAdvise and guide customers on their printing requirements and suitable productsGrow the average spend and frequency of top customers, by cross-selling other products in Gogoprint's large portfolioMaintain clean information in Gogoprint's CRM and ERP systems Closing

Handle inbound leads from business customersIdentify their requirements and offer suitable products/solutionsOnboard new leads/customers by presenting Gogoprint, its products and key selling points Overall

Reach sales targets and contribute to revenue growthNegotiate and close dealsDraw up quotations for customersCoordinate with various departments: supply chain, logistics, artwork, etc. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree3-5 years experience in salesGood communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, pleasant personality, service-minded, responsible, results-oriented, disciplinedExcellent EnglishChinese (Mandarin) is a plus Are You Ready to Print a Brighter Future with Us?
