Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a  Sr Sales Representative  to join our team in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office. 
Asa Sr Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role indriving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for our Honeywell ConnectedEnterprise (HCE) business unit. Your responsibilities will include managing,developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationshipswith customers. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinkingwill directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to itsoverall business success.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you'll work out of our KualaLumpur location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving revenue growth andcontributing to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strongrelationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell asa trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in themarket.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet orexceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understandingtheir needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, order processing, and support
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new businessopportunities and drive continuous improvement


YOUMUST HAVE • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
