The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Meet the team: Malaysia Supply Chain team formed by the functions of planning, supply chain operations (warehouse and supermarket), supply chain excellence and transportation, custom and trade compliance.
As of part of this innovative, collaborates and highly effective team, you will be a key contributor to the supply chain advanced analytics team and work closely across supply chain organization to understand their requirement and contribute to the enhancement and optimization for the end-to-end supply chain systemResponsibilities:Design, improve & optimize E2E supply chain processes by implementing effective new and/or enhanced E2E processes and digitalize solutions such as process automation and template adherence for all areas.Serve as a point of contact for change requests for supply chain group.
Analyzing and refining functional and non-functional requirements for delivering the necessary system service related to the business.To develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.Understand business objective and needs with an ability to translate into technical requirements to achieve business goals.Coordination of master data alignment across all units within the supply chain.Monitoring of data quality and ensure the accuracy and completeness within the supply chain.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field of study relevant experience preferred.At least 5 years' experience working within supply chain, logistics, or related discipline.Proficient in Microsoft Application, Power BI, Tableau, ERP system (Oracle) & SQL for querying databases (Big Query, Redshift, etc.
).Familiar with statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques.Good understanding of supply chain & operational process and requirements and bring excellent communication skills to present finding and insights to non-technical stakeholders.Good English command and ability to work with across functional team and team from other countries.
