Meet the team:
Malaysia Supply Chain team formed by the functions of planning, supply chain operations (warehouse and supermarket), supply chain excellence and transportation, custom and trade compliance. As of part of this innovative, collaborates and highly effective team, you will be organizing, plans and executes a project to successfully complete its deliverables and clear communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the project to ensure all obligations are met. Responsible to plan for multiple scenarios.
Responsible for technical input into and delivery of projects from tender stage and the full project lifecycle including the input of the project team.
Identify business process and solution for implementation including design, development and implementation of supply chain strategies, models, processes, change management, business intelligence and tools to support business growth and requirements.
Able to run worst case scenario analysis and able to anticipate challenges ahead as much as possible and come up with a mitigation plan to de-risk the program deliverables.
Conduct day-to-day business analysis supporting supply chain management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study relevant experience preferred.
At least 6 years working experience in similar role.
Excellent project management skills – planning, prioritization, ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter, and provide timely updates/recommendations.
Knowledge of integrated planning software would be an advantage.
Good communication skills and experience in leading cross-functional projects.
Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.
