We will count on you to:Assist in day to day accounting functions and processes as well as reporting of financial information according to the accounting principles and practices and regulatory environment and ensures these principles and practices are applied in the daily work.Prepares journal and approves offshore journal entries, consolidated statements and client carrier reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve customer accounts/Insurers/Reinsurers issues and attend to queries raised by Country Finance, Broker or UnderwritersResponsible for reviewing and assessing payment requests submitted by various departments within the companyResponsible for processing payments in the relevant bank platforms.
This will involve accurately inputting payment details, verifying payment instructions, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of payments.You will play a key role in cash flow management by assisting in the preparation of cash forecasts.
