In your new role you will: Define and develop the right package design & drafting methods and business processes for the package development of BE, BU and DES from concept, feasibility study until realization focusing on 3D.
Be the driver for the definition of general package design & drafting methods(Package design methods, tools and documentation, Package design workflow) for global BE DEV.
Generate conceptual package design/construction method guidelines &work instruction documents, finalize the documents and roll-out to the global BE DEV organizations as needed.
Be the driver for the deployment of the latest package design/construction tools& methods to the global package designer community in alignment with BEDEV management.
Support of Package Development Projects of BE DEV in MAL by 3D-based package design/construction service using the latest tools & methods.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Master/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the mechanical construction of Semiconductor Packages or Modules.
Solid knowledge in 3D design tools such as Autodesk Inventor or other mechanical 3D design software.
Knowledge of Mechanical Construction Standards (GD&T).
Knowledge about Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly and Test technologies/processes.
Experience with SAP as an advantage.
The ability to communicate and engage global teams.
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
Solid language skills for communication in English.
