ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriate tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology.
Organizes and facilitates workshops to identify opportunities and projects, coaching the team in the projects to meet the goal.
Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence, and other project competitions.
Promotes a continuous improvement culture in the organization.
The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other departments on tool application.
Monitors, coaches, and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet departmental goals.
Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitation.
Reports statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive a continuous improvement culture.
Facilitates CI Workshops on the shop floor and develops the framework of the workshops.
Creates CI program frameworks which cover 3 CI Pillars: CI Culture, CI Competency Building, CI Execution.
REQUIRED:
Minimum degree holder in any field.
Minimum 8 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leadership.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experience with proven success stories.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operations.
Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
Potential candidates with Six Sigma methodology experience are highly desired/preferred.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
