In your new role you will: Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs. Lots' assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard. Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift. Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS/T to resolve. Process route creation/release and maintenance. Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance). Support new product releases, Support Production tools releases(PCRB) technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies. To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters. Lead/support Technology Synchronization. Support technology FMEA. Deviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion. Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics. Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB). Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry/Mechatronics Engineering.
