In your new role you will: Support Yield stability & improvement within the scope of technology ownership and within PMX Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (Lot assessment/FMEA) New product releases, production ramp and technology transfers Initial or lead yield and quality improvement programs within PMX Lots' assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon's quality and reliability standard Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS to resolve Deviation management and fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies To monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of product parameters Support technology FMEA update Provide expert knowledge on product quality and reliability risk assessment in PCRB /MRB. Lead/support Technology Synchronization Knowledge exchange within IFX and knowledge transfer within IFKM You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/MaterialScience/Chemistry. Minimum 3-5 Years of working experience in the Semiconductor industry with FE Wafer Fab experience preferred. BE experience is accepted with a higher number of years of experience. A strong background in semiconductor physics and experience withMicroelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) would be highly appreciated. Data-driven and familiar with advanced statistical analysis tools. In-depth knowledge in 8D and other problem-solving tools and the ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
