BS or MS degree in Electrical/Electronic equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Power, Analog, Mixed-Signal IC product test development and product characterization. Experience in high volume testing of semiconductor devices, test methodology, and sampling plan. Working knowledge of C/C++, Python, Visual BASIC, or LabVIEW is an added advantage Experience with ATE platforms such as ETS364, NI LIN2/GP3 and PnP test handlers is an added advantage Proficient in data analysis software, interpretation of test data against datasheet's requirements, failure Analysis and debug Techniques Self-driven, good project management and integrity to deliver highest quality of work For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
