In your new role you will: Perform Thermomechanical simulation using FEA software Conduct virtual assessment of technical risks related to the functionality, manufacturability and reliability performance of new package designs Apply numerical optimization techniques to improve package design and/or assembly process conditions You are best equipped for this task if you have: Master's or PhD Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics, Physics or equivalent Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a simulation engineer Advanced knowledge in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical, Abaqus or Comsol Multiphysics) Hands-on experience in applying Machine Learning techniques would be a definite advantage Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
