In your new role you will: Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volumeproduction with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR Support on auditing activities Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology Knowledge & experiences in End Of Line (Mark, Form & Singulation) or Test process, production line control & productivity & process improvement.
Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staff Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g.
8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team to strive excellent.
