Job Description: Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance strategy and schedules to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities in alignment with organizational goals.Supervise the daily operations of the equipment team, ensuring compliance, safety, and adherence to best practices for preventive maintenance procedures, including accurate completion of the preventive maintenance program.Develop and implement maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, and facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct preventive maintenance activities, creating schedules and procedures to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.Oversee facility management, including maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.Respond to unplanned or emergency maintenance requests, coordinating necessary repairs or replacements promptly.Supervise maintenance activities, collaborating closely with other departments such as production and planning to align maintenance operations with overall business goals and ensure work quality meets operational requirements.Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including safety regulations and relevant standards, by implementing necessary protocols and conducting regular inspections.Ensure all production machines operate at optimum efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance to eliminate downtime.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of equipment, machinery, and facilities, including maintenance schedules, repair records, and equipment manuals.Manage maintenance personnel, including hiring, developing, and implementing training programs to ensure proper training and necessary resources for effective job performance.Coach and lead engineers and technicians to build a strong and professional team focused on sustainable improvement.Develop and manage the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Conduct regular inspections of company properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential improvements.Perform other duties as assigned by superiors or management. Job Requirement : Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical).Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in the related field with solid knowledge of electronics and extensive hands-on work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills up to the component level.Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and people management skills.Independent, team player, results-oriented, and able to work under tight schedules and challenging conditions.Willingness and capability to be trained for the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of various types of machines in semiconductor assembly areas at both the company's facility and customer sites is a prerequisite.Capability to identify problems and resolve them effectively.Understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.
