As the main front liner who renders nursing care to patients within the hospital, you will:
Plan and execute nursing care for patients with team members according to individual patient's needs.
Be responsible for providing nursing leadership and be accountable for the coordination of clinical activities.
Make professional judgment and decisions about nursing care.
Carry out specialists orders in accordance with established standards of nursing practices, policies, and procedures.
Ensure proper online charting and documenting in the hospital management information system.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
Must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board & possess an Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Post-basic certification is an added advantage for higher positions.
Fresh or experienced nurses are wanted to fill full-time or part-time positions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
