Staff Nurse (For All Disciplines)

**Responsibilities**:- Conducts basic physical examination, health assessment and orientation of patient on admission, transfer, every shift, pre/post operatively and as required; document findings as required- Checks patients' well-being, safety and comfort regularly; keep bed area and room neat and tidy; promptly responds to patients' call-bells and refer to other nursing staff members as needed.- Performs tasks such as taking the patients' weight, height, vital signs, SP02 and pain score; monitors trends and records in the patients' clinical charts as required etc.- Collects patient's blood, urine, sputum, wound and other body fluids specimens according to standards of practice and hospital procedures.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma / Degree in Nursing- Prefer Clinical knowledge and experience- Basic customer service, good interpersonal and communication skills- Nursing skills, delegation skill, planning and organization- Time-keeping and stress management- Basic computer skills in Microsoft office.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
