Staff Nurse (Surgical Day Ward)

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Staff Nurse (Surgical Day Ward) to join our team and contribute to our high standards of patient care.
Operational Management: Performing and carried out nurse care services as per standard operating procedures and policies. Anticipating potential risk and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.           Demonstrating operational knowledge of nursing procedure applicable to area of assignment. Assuming leadership role for others to prepare and assist them with their responsibilities in the unit.Quality and Customer Service: Ensuring completion of all competencies and orientation checklist within stipulated time frame.Addressing customer's complaints promptly.Exceeding set standards and quality in nursing care rendered.Attend in-service programs organized by the hospital and keep nursing knowledge and skills up to date.Qualification & Requirements: Possess Degree/Diploma in NursingRegistered Nurse with a valid license with Malaysia Nursing Board.Valid Annual Practicing CertificateMinimum 2 year of clinical/ nursing experience in related fields
