Provide High-Quality Nursing Care Services
Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with other specialists as required and adjust nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections and filling in patients' charts).
Assess, plan, implement and educate patient/family.
Maintain accurate and continued nursing documentation.
Function as liaison between administration, patients, physicians and other healthcare providers.
Adherence to Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and etc
Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, performance improvement program, and safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).
Ensure an adequate stock of supplies and proper functioning of equipment.
Assist in cost containment through appropriate ordering and conserving of supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements
SRN registered with Malaysian Nursing Board.
