In your new role you will: R- esponsible for financial forecasts, including yearly target setting, reporting variances and controlling of performance for Wide Band Gap (WBG) costs and Frontend Wafer cost charging to meet target D- rive to meet the forecast accuracy with stakeholders for WBG and Frontend Wafer cost charging P- eriodical update for WBG cost roadmap to reflect productivity P- rovide financial analysis to stakeholders to control cost and identify opportunities for cost efficiency S- upport month-end and year-end close process A- dditional controller duties as necessary A- ctive involvement in introduction of automation opportunities to streamline the analytical process K- ey player in the ongoing digital transformation of Finance team A- s a team player you share information comprehensively and effectively and you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. YYou are best equipped for this task if you have: B- achelor's Degree in Accountancy / professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5 years of relevant working experience P- rofound knowledge of accounting standards Experienced in cost performance controlling is an added advantage E- xcellent English communication skills as well as good presentation abilities T- eam player with strong analytical and communication skills I- ndependent and organized who is able to work within timelines A- bility to clearly and concisely communicate with non-Finance professionals E- xperience / knowledge in MS Excel, SAP Hana or data visualization and business intelligence tool T- he capability to handle and solve complex problems and to provide solutionsIn our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.
