In your new role you will: Assist to execute worldwide Governance and set direction by standardized solutions & services for all Finished Goods (FG) Warehouses (Whs).
Support interdisciplinary projects, provide consultancy within IFX and expertise for the area Finished Goods distribution logistics Assist to standardized processes, procedures, guidelines (ensuring legal-compliance), KPI target setting and performance reviews, corrective actions, comply to operational needs and the IFX profit target at best.
Support global harmonization of respective processes and services for customer distribution Logistics incl.
operational routing standardization and global tools.
Support interdisciplinary projects, for respective process optimization as project- or SubTracklead for LOG or the area FG Logistics including alignment with IT for relevant IT-tools.
Assist to keep qualifications & knowledge up to date.
Assist to develop and provide new trainings / -concepts to regional KeyUsers, create appropriate training material; review and improve existing training material and training approaches.
Assist to organize and conduct training (support process and tool changes, enhancements) for relevant groups.
Assist to improve processes for FG Warehouse Logistics processes.
Support to document Business Requirements Documentation / specifications for IT on system enhancements Assist Coordinate and perform testing activities and UATs.
Support NLoP Management for FG Whs and drive the realization/implementation of decided measures.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar Ideally focused on logistics or Supply Chain Management Preferably 3-5 years of professional experience within logistics operations or equivalent function Proven deep understanding of Supply Chain interdependencies considering global/local needs and requirements (for specification of business requirements to get transformed into IT solutions) Some Knowledge of SAP (e.g.
WM, EWM or TM) as well as excellent analytical skills to identify critical areas within complex processes and networks, to structure and define improvement measures and to standardize and optimize respective processes, covering global and local needs Some Project Management skill with ability to contribute to solution finding, process improvements,-enhancements, standardization and automation Very good communication skills and intercultural competence, fluent in English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
