Position: State Retail Manager (Preferably Female applicant)
Location: Johor Bharu
We are hiring for our esteemed GLC client at Johor Bharu branch, seeking driven individuals for International Logistics Sales (Cross-Border) to drive business success and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories/industries.
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage client portfolios.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide innovative solutions to customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Requirements:
Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in sales/business development within logistics or freight forwarding (Compulsory)
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
