The Enterprise Architecture Analyst/Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Architecture team's efforts to align IT projects and solutions with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves managing and maintaining EA tools, repositories, and documentation while also assisting in coordinating EA processes and communications. Principal Duties & Responsibilities : Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: EA Repository Management Maintain and update the EA repository, ensuring that all architecture artifacts, documentation, and models are current and accessible. Assist architects in documenting and storing their work in the repository. Tool Management Administer and maintain EA modeling tools, ensuring they are available and up-to-date. Provide training and support to EA team members on using these tools. Coordination and Communication Coordinate meetings, workshops, and review sessions for the EA team. Facilitate communication between the EA team and other stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and feedback loops. Documentation and Reporting Assist in the creation and maintenance of EA documentation, guidelines, and standards. Produce regular reports on the status of EA initiatives, projects, and compliance. Governance Support Assist in the preparation and documentation of architecture review board meetings. Track and report on compliance with EA standards and principles across projects. Stakeholder Engagement Engage with project teams, IT departments, and business units to gather input and feedback on EA initiatives. Support the EA team in stakeholder communications and presentations. Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an enterprise architecture, IT, or business analysis role. Very good English skills Familiarity with EA tools and repositories. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualification : Certification in an enterprise architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
