Responsibilities Works closely with other associates of the Stewarding Department in ensuring that all day to day operational matters are handled timely to exceed guests expectations. Ensures that Kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are clean, prepared and secured hygienically and safely ready to be utilized at any moment. Delivers the highest level of hygiene standards and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas. Conforms to all Stewarding procedures by ensuring that all procedures are correctly followed. Reports any Engineering defects to immediate supervisor at the very instance such defects being identified. Requirements Secondary school education Sound knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards Able to maintain consistent performances under pressure Must have the right to work in Malaysia Only successful candidates will be contacted
