Responsibilities:System Management: Install, configure, and maintain cutting-edge operating systems, storage solutions, and system-related software to ensure seamless performance.
Maximize Uptime: Proactively manage and monitor systems to guarantee the highest levels of infrastructure availability and reliability.
Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with precision and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption.
Project Involvement: Actively participate in tender processes and lead project implementations, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technology transfer sessions to empower team members with the latest IT advancements.
Innovation Testing: Engage in the evaluation and testing of new products through Proof of Concept/Value activities, contributing to innovation.
Disaster Preparedness: Lead and participate in projects and disaster recovery drills for external clients, ensuring robust business continuity.
Support & Collaboration: Provide second-level support and collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues swiftly.
Documentation: Prepare and compile comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and transparency.
Team Contribution: Undertake various tasks assigned by the Director, Section/Unit Head, or Team Lead, contributing to the team's overall success.
Academic Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Requirements:Experience: Preferably with hands-on experience in Server, Storage, and OS (Windows, Linux) environments.
Technical Prowess: Strong skills in server and storage hardware configuration, OS, and SAN troubleshooting.
Passion for IT: A deep interest in IT technologies, coupled with self-initiative and discipline.
Flexibility: Willingness to be on standby and work extended hours as needed.
